ADHD (Inducing Late Diagnosis)
ADHD (Inducing Late Diagnosis)
Navigating ADHD
Many adults, especially women, are diagnosed with ADHD later in life after years of feeling “too much,” “not enough,” or chronically overwhelmed. A late diagnosis can bring both relief and grief: relief in finally having an explanation, and grief for the support you didn’t receive earlier.
I work with adults navigating ADHD-related challenges such as disorganization, emotional overwhelm, shame, difficulty with follow-through, and burnout. Together, we focus on understanding how your brain works, reducing self-criticism, and building compassionate, practical strategies that actually fit your life. This is not about fixing you-it’s about supporting you.
